- Mientras hacemos el sofrito en el mismo aceite que hemos frito las albondigas, cortamos la cebolla en juliana y la ponemos en la sarten junto con la zanahoria pelada y cortada, cuando este blanda añadimos los tomates cortados y pelados, y un poco de sal lo dejamos a fuego lento que se vaya haciendo.
- Cuando este le añadimos la cucharadita de pimenton y lo retiramos del fuego.
- En el minipimer trituramos todo el sofrito con un poco de caldo del que tenemos en la cazuela de las albondigas.
- Lo pasamos por el chino o colador para que quede una salsa fina y sin grumos y se lo añadimos a las albondigasy que cueza unos 20 minutos.
