Lo mixeamos, nos debe quedar así 👇🏼

Una vez que está lista la mezcla agregamos la otra mitad de lentejas, estas van a quedar enteras y darle textura a las albóndigas, #LuTips si fuera necesario podemos espesar la mezcla con fécula de mandioca. Para evitar esto, lo mejor es que el puré de calabaza esté hecho al vapor (así no queda líquido de la cocción y aprovechamos vitaminas 💪)
  5. Preparemos la salsa! En una cacerola vamos a agregar, aceite, una cebolla, un diente de ajo picado y una zanahoria (todo cortado brunoise) dejamos rehogando, cuando la cebolla esté transparente, incluimos tomate 🍅 natural (pelado) o de botella, agua y condimentos, ají molido, pimentón, hoja de laurel, sal, pimienta. Cuando la salsa comience el hervor, vamos a ir formando con dos cucharas bolitas y agregandolas a la salsa, así cocinamos nuestras albóndigas.
