  1. Se hace la masa de las albóndigas mezclando en un bol la carne con el pan rallado, el perejil y el huevo. Se salpimenta y se forman las albóndigas. Para darles forma, me gusta mojarme las manos en un poco de vino y no las hago demasiado pequeñas, para que queden jugosas.
  2. Se ponen en una bandeja de horno y se rocían con un poco de aceite. Para ésto vienen fenomenal un spray, porque se pone el aceite justo. Se hornean, yo lo he hecho con la función turbo grill, y cuando están doradas, se les da la vuela, para que queden uniformes y se hagan también por abajo
  3. Mientras se pone a calentar el tomate frito casero, se le añade como medio vasito de vino, el que ha sobrado de darles forma, y se deja que de un hervor, se añaden las albóndigas y un poquito de sal y se decan cocer un poco a fuego suave, para se terminen de hacer en esta salsa de tomate. Hay que poner la tapa de la olla o la cazuela donde se hagan, para evitar las salpicaduras del tomate en toda la cocina
