  6. Por otro lado sofreir la cebolla el pimiento rojo y el ajo en una sartén, añadir el vino blanco y por ultimo el tomate, dar unas vueltas. Se podría triturar la salsa para que quede mas fina, en mi caso me gusta encontrarme los trozos de verdura en el plato.
  7. Añadir la salsa a las albondigas y dar unas vueltas para integrar los ingredientes, servir
