- En una sartén grande las vamos haciendo con bastante aceite a fuego medio alto mientras las vamos moviendo de posición para que se vayan haciendo por todos lados. Cuando estén hechas las retiramos a un plato con papel para que absorba el aceite y las reservamos.
- Ahora para hacer la salsa, pelamos los tomates y zanahorias. Picamos los 2 ajos, cebolla, pimientos y zanahorias para pocharlas. Cuando esté le verdura doradita, rallamos los 3 tomates y lo añadimos. Removemos y dejamos 10 minutos más. Añadimos el vino y la pastilla, removemos todo y añadimos el agua. Subimos un poco el fuego hasta el primer hervor y bajamos a medio. Dejamos 10 minutos que se mezclen sabores.
- Yo la siguiente operación la hago en el propio puchero pequeño (o sartén honda) donde estoy cocinando. Usamos la triturador en la misma sartén y trituramos todo bien. Ponemos las albóndigas en la salsa y dejamos otros 10 minutos a fuego medio/bajo.
