- Hornear a 180 grados durante 15 minutos o hasta que estén doradas
- Cuando las verduras ya estén pochadas, echar un chorrito de vino blanco y mezclar. Pasar al vaso de la batidora y batir bien
- Volcar de nuevo en la sartén la salsa. Yo recojo lo que haya quedado por las paredes con un poco de agua
- Cortar los champiñones en 4 trozos e incorporar a la salsa a fuego bajo
- Cuando las bolitas estén suficientemente doradas, extraer con cuidado del horno y sumergir en la sartén.
