- Añadimos fondo de pescado y dejamos hervir unos minutos. Se trata de conseguir una salsa espesita. Salpimentamos al gusto.
- Añadimos las albóndigas, tapamos y dejamos a fuego suave unos minutos para calentar el conjunto.
- Mientras tendremos un cazo u olla con agua caliente y escaldaremos los fideos de arroz.
- Sacaremos un momento las albóndigas y en la salsa añadimos los fideos para que se impregnen bien.
- Emplatamos con una base de los fideos con la salsa y encima las albóndigas. Decoramos eneldo y listo!!
