- Pasado los 35 o 40 minutos echamos la mezcla ala batidora y batimos todo bien y lo ponemos otra vez en la cazuela.
- Y empezamos a añadir las bolas ala salsa.
- En una sartén poner dos dientes de ajo picados le damos unas vueltas y añadimos el calamar cortado lo sofreímos un poco y volteamos encima de las bolas removemos todo bien y le damos a fuego medio bajo unos 10 minutos para que se terminen de hacer las bolas.
