  4. Ahora iremos añadiendo pan rallado hasta conseguir la textura deseada de la albóndiga y, una vez conseguido, lo dejamos reposar en la nevera un buen rato (mínimo 1/2 hora)
  5. Una vez reposado, hacemos la forma de las albóndigas. Las pasamos por harina y las freímos en abundante aceite (o las ponemos en el horno, si prefieres la versión más "sana")
  6. Una vez fritas, podéis hacer la salsa que más os guste.
