  7. Batimos la cebolla y lo echamos todo en la olla
  8. Ponemos a calentar la salsa anterior, a fuego flojo, y le agregamos el vino.
  9. Cuando el.vino empiece a hervir le echamos las albóndigas ya pasadas por la sartén y dejamos flojito sobre 5 minutos así que coja el sabor y el vino se reduzca un poco (si se va quedando seca se le puede añadir un pelín de agua no mucha)
