Mientras se va pochando en un cacillo pequeño añadimos agua y una pastilla de caldo de pollo baja en sal, cuando hierva retiramos del fuego.
  4. Una vez pochada añadimos el vino removemos y vamos dejando que evapore el alcohol.
  5. Cuando evapore el alcohol añadimos una cucharada sopera de harina, removemos rápidamente para no crear grumos y vamos añadiendo poco a poco el caldo que habíamos preparado. Cuando consigamos la textura deseada será momento de pasarla con la batidora.
  6. Ahora es el momento de añadir las albóndigas a la misma sartén donde estábamos haciendo la salsa y la salsa ya batida. Removemos para que se integren entre sí y ya estaría lista para comer.
