  8. Añadimos un sobre de azafrán, Mezclamos todo bien, ponemos la tapa y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio 30 minutos
  9. Pasado ese tiempo retiramos la tapa, rectificamos de sal y dejar cocinar hasta que espese un poco la salsa y ya estaría listo
