- Mientras cuecen las albóndigas, en la misma sartén donde hemos hecho las albóndigas tostamos la harina que no hemos usado
- Fuera del fuego añadimos el pimentón, el vino y el caldo de verduras de cocer las albóndigas. Ponemos de nuevo al fuego
- Añadimos las albóndigas y dejamos hasta que espese la salsa
- Emplatamos y servimos caliente recién hecho, yo las he acompañado de "patatas fritas cuadradas, mamá de las de toda la vida" 😂😂
