  8. De los ingredientes que hidratamos en aceite y vino, retirar las rodajitas de tomate y cortar en juliana y también agregar junto al chorizo y el tomate triturado.
  9. El resto quedará así añadir a la hora de cocción y cocinar por 20 minutos más.
  10. Retirar y servir, su consistencia es casi como sopa, pero es muy sustancioso, acorde a lo que sería la necesidad de saciedad y alimentación de la clase más necesitada de aquella época
